Kiamichi Technology Centers, Atoka Campus, and Pruett’s Food recognized Alyssa Dodd and Rowdy Wood as the Kiamichi Tech Students of the Year.
Alyssa is an Atoka High School student in the Health Career Certification Program and Rowdy is a Coalgate High School student in the Automotive Technology Program.
Alyssa and Rowdy were each awarded a $200 check courtesy of Pruett’s Food in Atoka.
Alyssa is a self-motivated student with an innate curiosity for learning. She demonstrates accountability for her actions and does well with time management,” said Gala Braudrick, Health Careers Certification Instructor at Kiamichi Technology Centers.
Rowdy has been an exemplary student over the past two years. He has a willingness to learn and be a leader in class. Rowdy has been a true pleasure to have in class the past two years, and I would like to wish him great success in his journey to becoming a GM Certified Technician.” said Mark Mantzke, Automotive Technology Instructor at Kiamichi Technology Centers.
