Monday, May 25, 2020, Atoka Police Officer Chase Franklin was assisting Officer Joe Doshier during a traffic stop on South California Avenue and West Second Street.

Located inside the vehicle were two burnt marijuana cigarettes, a vape pen containing Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) wax, and a glass container with a green leafy substance inside with a pink torch lighter.

The passenger, Jordan Blakley, 20, of Atoka claimed the items found belonged to him. Blakley was placed under arrest for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked at the Atoka County Jail.
