In January of 2020 Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) Agent Mark Combes was approached by a confidential informant (CI).
The informant told the Agents they could purchase methamphetamines from Cindy Yvonne White, 56, in Stringtown. The informant stated they had bought the drug from White multiple times in the past.
OBN Agents met with the CI near Stringtown. They were searched, given $100.00 for the deal, and then equipped with an audio recorder.
Agent Combes drove them to White’s home where he waited in the driveway, listening to the audio recording.
The informant entered the home to see a small child sitting in a stairwell. White handed them a small baggie containing 2.1 grams of a crystal-like substance and the transaction was completed when they gave White the money. The substance field tested positive for methamphetamine.
In March 2020, Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics Agents Mark Combes and Dawson Cain returned to White’s home. She was informed about the undercover purchase and agreed to let the Agents retrieve the small amount located upstairs.
In a black eye glasses case was a glass smoking pipe and a Ziploc baggie containing one gram of a crystal substance that tested positive for methamphetamine.
White is charged with distribution of a controlled dangerous substance (felony), possession of a controlled dangerous substance (misdemeanor), and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor).
