The Atoka County Clerk’s office recently released felony pleas settled in the Atoka County Court.
Natalie Lemons is charged with two counts of assault and battery on a police officer.
Lemons received: count one – five years deferred except 90 days in the Atoka County Jail, $100 fine, and court costs; count two – five years deferred except 90 days in the Atoka County Jail, $100 fine, and court costs.
Niccole Kay King was charged with: child endangerment by driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, battery/assault and battery on a police officer, prisoner placing bodily fluids on government employee, and driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
King received: count one – four years deferred except 30 days in the Atoka County Jail, and court costs; count two – four years deferred except 30 days in the Atoka County Jail, and court costs; count three – two years deferred except 30 days in the Atoka County Jail, and court costs; and count five– four years deferred except 30 days in the Atoka County Jail, and court costs.
Kevin Douglas Hernandez-Perez is charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and transporting an opened container of an alcoholic beverage.
Perez received for count one – one year deferred, $200 fine, and $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment; count two – one year deferred and $50 fine.
