Atoka Police Officer Jedediah Griffith made contact with Breanna Loudermilk of Atoka about an unauthorized transaction on her debit card.
On Sunday, May 3, 2020, Loudermilk received a ride from Karrie Ranay Benson, 33, of Atoka to visit a family member at the Atoka Manor.
When Loudermilk exited the vehicle, but accidently left her wallet. Benson advised she would return, leaving Loudermilk at the Atoka Manor.
Benson returned to take Loudermilk home. Once home, Loudermilk checked her bank statement. There was an unauthorized ATM withdrawal for $140.00.
Loudermilk contacted Benson to ask about the withdraw. Benson said, “I’m sorry, Pumpkin, I only have three dollars left and you can have it back.”
Officer Griffith reviewed the AmeriState Bank ATM footage which showed Benson removing $140.00 from Loudermilk’s account.
Benson is charged with receiving, holding or concealing lost, or mislaid card (felony) and unauthorized use of credit card (misdemeanor).
