The Atoka County Veterans would like to announce that they will be hosting their monthly breakfast this Saturday, June 20th, beginning at 8:00 a.m. We have taken all precautions to insure that you will be served in a very safe and secure environment as we have sanitized the complex and have wiped down all surfaces with anti-bacterial agents to neutralize the threat of germs and viruses.
We are quite excited to have this breakfast as it is the day before Father’s Day and we would like to treat all fathers with our special breakfast.
We would like to announce, if you are a law enforcement officer, we want to give you special recognition and show not only our appreciation for you in this most difficult time by having you come by and let us prepare breakfast for you.
Knowing that you may be on duty or about to go on duty, we will fix a special “to go” breakfast plate for you and you may take this with you if that is your desire.
We also wish everyone to know that elections are next week and in light of this the different candidates have been given an invitation to our breakfast to “meet-and-greet” with the voters of Atoka County so that people will be able to put a face with the name of the prospective candidate(s) running for office.
We welcome all to come to our breakfast and partake of a delicious meal and to just check on the status of your neighbor and others within our community.
We sincerely thank all of you for your continued support and hope that we will be able to reconnect with everyone and just see how they are doing.
We have all accomplished so much in these troubling times and we need to show all that we are a community and that, together, we will get through this and go on to do great accomplishments.
