We all enjoyed having another Sunday back inside the sanctuary and we were blessed as Sharon and Bro Phil sang a special.
We especially want to congratulate Bro Bob and Dorothy Muncy as they celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary this past week. Anymore it seems some people can’t even make it 61 days much less 61 years.
We also want to give a shoutout to Wendy Wyrick who celebrated a birthday this week.
Edna Burleson and niece Dianne Isom met Edna’s daughter Sherri Wolf who lives in Garland for a nice lunch this week. They all enjoyed a nice lunch and visiting.
My family all enjoyed helping my nephew Jedidiah Lane of Melissa, Texas celebrate Father’s Day. Jed and his wife Amy grilled and made homemade ice cream for all the family. Those attending were Jed’s parents, Rick and Kenni Lane, Marietta, his Nana, Ruthie Anderson and brother, Micah Lane of Tulsa and of course his favorite aunt, Kathy Anderson.
Jed’s two sons Gavin and Ollie also enjoyed all the attention from everyone.
I really appreciate my neighbor Averly Tatum and her cousin Addely Isom who helped my mother and I pick blackberries this week.
We want to remind everyone that this Wednesday night worship services will start back up in the fellowship hall.
