Friday, June 19, 2020, Atoka Police Captain Brian Snead responded to a call about an individual acting erratically.
Captain Snead made contact with the man, Raymond Hopkins, 43, Atoka, who had been yelling and talking about harming others while walking down the street past INCA Community Services.
Hopkins was located a few blocks away in the Western Auto parking lot. His pupils were dilated and moving rapidly with a slight uncontrollable body movement. Stating that he had something stuck in his throat, Hopkins claimed to become aware he was an Android. Hopkins admitted to using methamphetamines two days before.
Captain Snead placed Hopkins under arrest for public intoxication, and transported him to the Atoka County Jail.
