Information on the Unoffical Ballot for the Primary Election on Tuesday, June 30, 2020, in Atoka County is as follows:
Commissioner District Two
For the Republicans:
Spike Eaves recieved 124 votes, 35.53 percent; Tommy Henagar received 120 votes, 34.38 percent; and Jeremy Settlemires received 105 votes, 30.09 percent.
For the Democrats:
Danny Johnson received 157 votes, 32.71 percent; faced Dale Sheffield who received 323 votes, 67.29 percent.
Council Member for Ward #2:
James Thornley received 146 votes, 37.82 percent and faced Pat Turner who recieved 240 votes, 62.18 percent.
Lane School Board:
Judy Bell received 234 votes, 51.88 percent. She faced Don McGinty who received 217 votes, 48.12 percent.
United States Senator
For the Republicans:
JJ Stitt received 247 votes, 26.1 percent; Neil Mavis received 34 votes, 3.60 percent; Jim Inhofe received 617 votes, 65.29 percent; and John Tompkins received 47 votes, 4.97 percent.
For the Democrats:
R.O. Joe Cassity, Jr. received 306 votes, 32.01 percent; Elyabeth Britt received 137 votes, 14.33 percent; Abby Broyles received 392 votes, 41 percent; Sheila Bilyeu received 121 votes, 12.66 percent.
Corporation
Commissioner:
Todd Hiett, Republican, received 503 votes, 57.09 percent; who faced Harold Spradling, Republican, received 378 votes, 42.91 percent.
United States Representative District 2:
Markwayne Mullin, Republican, received 760 votes, 81.02 percent; Rhonda Hopkins received 50 votes, 5.33 percent; and Joseph Silk received 128 votes, 13.65 percent.
State Question 802 failed to pass in Atoka County.
