The Atoka County Clerk’s office recently released felony pleas settled in the Atoka County Court.
Ricquiyia Izrieal Pruitt is charged with endangering other while eluding, unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute, and three counts of running a road block, and TR-20-00723-00724 – speeding 41 or more over the limit, and failure to stop at red-light.
Pruitt plead no contest and received for count one: five years deferred except 45 days at Atoka County Jail; count two: five years deferred except 45 days at Atoka County; counts four through six: five years deferred except 45 days at Atoka County.
Crystal Dawn Lewis is charged with two counts of assault and battery on police officer, and driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Lewis plead no contest and received for count one: four years suspended sentence and $100 fine; count two: four years suspended sentence and $100 fine; count four: one year suspended sentence, $100 fine, and $50 Victims Compensation Assessment.
Hazel Renee Smith is charged with malicious injury to property over $1,000. Smith plead no contest and received three years deferred sentence and $100 fine.
Devon Kyle Dollar is charged with unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute. Dollar plead no contest and received five years deferred and $1,000 fine.
