The Atoka County Clerk’s office recently released felony pleas settled in the Atoka County Court.
Jay Roy Goodwin is charged with endangering others while eluding a police officer; two counts of running a road block; three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon; and stalking in violation of court order.
Goodwin received for Count One: five years department of corrections suspended except one year in Atoka County Jail; $100 fine; and court costs; Count Two: five years department of corrections suspended except one year in Atoka County Jail; $100 fine; and court costs;
Count Three: five years department of corrections suspended except one year in Atoka County Jail; $100 fine; and court costs; Count Seven: seven years department of corrections suspended except one year in Atoka County Jail, and court costs;
Count Eight: seven years department of corrections suspended except one year in Atoka County Jail, and court costs;
Count Nine: seven years department of corrections suspended except one year in Atoka County Jail, and court costs;
Count Ten: five years department of corrections suspended except one year in Atoka County Jail; and court costs. All counts run concurrent.
Don Coaliron Henry is charged with domestic abuse – assault and battery by strangulation; and attempted kidnapping.
Henry received for Count One: five years suspended sentence except 90 days in Atoka County Jail; and $200 fine; Count Two: five years suspended sentence except 90 days in Atoka County Jail.
For WL-2010-00010: Henry is charged with unlawful taking of whitetail deer during closed season.
He received: five years suspended sentence except 90 days in Atoka County Jail; and $200 fine.
Connor Dax Willis is charged with burglary in the second degree.
Willis received five years deferred except 60 days in Atoka County Jail to be served on weekends; and $200 fine.
For TR-20-00705: Willis is charged with operating a vehicle while driver license is under revocation (first offense): five years deferred except 60 days in Atoka County Jail to be served on weekends; and $200 fine.
For TR-20-00706: Willis is charged with failure to comply with compulsory insurance laws: five years deferred except 60 days in Atoka County Jail to be served on weekends; and $200 fine.
Richard Allen Baker Jr. is charged with possession of a firearm after former felony conviction and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
Baker received four years suspended; court costs; $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment; and $300 fine.
Roy L. Brown is charged with a misdemeanor driving while under the influence of alcohol. He received two years deferred sentence.
