The Atoka County Clerk’s office recently released felony pleas settled in the Atoka County Court.
Robert Triston Blake Cooper is charged with larceny of an automobile. He received five years deferred sentence; $200 fine; and $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment.
David J. Ennis is charged with burglary in the second decree: After Former Conviction of Felony (AFCF); knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property AFCF; malicious injury to property: under $1,000.
Ennis received for Count One: three years suspended sentence except nine months in Atoka County Jail; Count Two: three years suspended sentence except nine months in Atoka County Jail; Count Three: three years suspended sentence except nine months in Atoka County Jail.
For CM-20-123: Ennis is charged with larceny of merchandise from a retailer; possession of a controlled dangerous substance; and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ennis received for Count One: 30 days in Atoka County Jail; Count Three and Count Four dismissed with cost to defendant.
For CM-20-81: dismissed.
Justin Samuel Lamb is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and obstructing an officer.
Lamb received for Count One: two years deferred except 30 days in Atoka County Jail; Count Two: 30 days in Atoka County Jail.
For TR-20-993 and TR-20-994: Lamb is charged with speeding 21-25 miles per hour over and driving under suspension.
Lamb’s sentence combined with felony counts: Count One: two years deferred except 30 days in Atoka County Jail; Count Two: 30 days in Atoka County Jail.
Christopher Simon Spivey is charged with burglary in the second degree AFCF, and knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property AFCF.
Spivey received for Count One: five years department of corrections; Count Two: two years department of corrections.
Chelsea Nakaye Strickland is charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
Strickland received for Count One: four years deferred sentence with 60 days in Atoka County Jail; Count Two: obstructing an officer was dismissed with cost to defendant.
Charles Ray Thompson is charged with knowingly concealing stolen property. He received four years deferred and $500 fine.
Richard C. Standridge is charged with domestic abuse – assault and battery. He received one year deferred sentence; $100 fine; and $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment.
