The Atoka County Clerk’s office recently released felony pleas settled in the Atoka County Court.
Sandie Leann Nichols was charged with child endangerment by driving while under the influence.
Nichols received three years deferred sentence, $200 fine, and $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment.
Christopher Cohen Scott was charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. He received four years deferred sentence and $1,000 fine.
Eugene Sinwelski Jr. was charged with possession of a firearm after a former conviction of a felony, and knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property.
Sinwelski received for Count One: two years suspended sentence; Count Two: one years suspended sentence, $100 fine, and $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment. Counts will run concurrent.
Maci Shea Hall Dever was charged with two counts burglary in the first degree AFCF (after former conviction of felony), two counts of larceny of automobile, aircraft, or other motor vehicle AFCF, and burglary in the third degree AFCF.
Hall received for Count One and Two: amended to burglary second degree AFCF – 10 years suspended sentence except one year Atoka County Jail, credit for time served; court costs; defendant to complete six months in patient drug treatment; Count Three to Five: 10 years suspended sentence except one year Atoka County Jail; and court costs, credit for time served.
Tucker Barnett Standridge was charged with battery/assault and battery on police officer, and assault and/or battery on emergency medical technician.
Standridge received for Count One: five years deferred sentence except 30 days in Atoka County Jail, $100 fine; Count Two: two years deferred except 30 days in Atoka County Jail, and $100 fine.
Brian Dewayne Massey was charged with larceny of automobile AFCF. He received five years in the Department of Corrections.
Perry Ernest Scroggins was charged with endangering others while eluding, two counts of assault with dangerous weapon, leaving scene of an accident involving damage, reckless driving, and possession of alcohol by person under 21.
TR-20-466: Speeding 15 miles per hour over.
TR-20-467: Operating vehicle without a driver’s license.
TR-20-471: Failure to stop at control device/sign.
TR-20-473: Transporting opened container of liquor in a motor vehicle.
Scroggins received for Count One to Three: Five years deferred sentence; Count Four: One year in Atoka County Jail suspended except for 30 days credit for time served (day for day); Count Five: 30 days in Atoka County Jail credit for time served (day for day); Count Six: 30 days in Atoka County Jail credit for time served (day for day).

Jared Tenequer was charged with actual physical control of vehicle while under the influence. He received one year deferred sentence, $200 fine, and $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment.
Julian Jewelz Trejo was charged with domestic assault and battery in presence of a minor. He received one year deferred sentence, $100 fine, and $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment.
Roger Dalton Spicer was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. He received one year deferred sentence, $200 fine, $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment, and court costs.
Brian Dewayne Massey was charged with petit larceny and knowingly receiving or concealing stolen property. He received for Count One: six months in Atoka County Jail; Count Two: one year in Atoka County Jail.
