Additional charges have been filed against a man that was wanted for sex crimes by the Atoka Police Department.
Thursday, September 3, 2020, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) Agent Charles Carroll received information about a fugitive case from the Atoka Police Department.
Windelyn Valdo Shoulderblade Jr., 30, of Atoka, had and active warrant and was wanted for sex crimes.
Agent Carroll discovered a possible location for Shoulderblade in the Caney area.
Shoulderblade was located at a residence on Small Creek Lane in Caney.
Located on his person was a glass pipe with a white powdery residue inside. Shoulderblade told the Agent it was used to smoke methamphetamine.
Shoulderblade was transported to the Atoka County Jail for booking. The residue tested positive for methamphetamine.
He is charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (misdemeanor), and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (misdemeanor).
