The Atoka County Clerk’s office recently released felony pleas settled in the Atoka County Court.
Melesa Daun Foster is charged with three counts of bringing contraband into penal institution. She received for all three counts: five years deferred sentence, $500 fine, and $25 Victim’s Compensation Assessment.
Janna Kaye Tekubie is charged with bringing contraband into penal institution, possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tekubie received for Count One: two years deferred sentence except 30 days in Atoka County Jail, and $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment; Count Two and Three: two years deferred sentence, and $100 fine.
Shaun D. Green is charged with endangering others while eluding a police officer, running a roadblock, and possession of firearm during commission of felony.
Green received for Count One: three years deferred sentence except 30 days in Atoka County Jail, $100 fine, and $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment;
Count Two: three years deferred sentence except 30 days in Atoka County Jail, and $50 fine; Count Three: three years deferred sentence except 30 days in Atoka County Jail. Credit for time served.
Karrie Ranay Benson is charged with exploitation of an elderly person or disabled adult.
Benson received seven years deferred sentence, $500 fine, $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment, court costs, and restitution of $600.
For CF-20-53: receiving, holding, or concealing lost or mislaid debit card. Benson received five years deferred sentence, $100 fine, court costs, and restitution of $140.
For CM-20-200: unauthorized use of credit card. Benson received two years deferred sentence, $50 fine, court costs, and restitution of $744.95.
Joshua Nathaniel Smith is charged with unlawful possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, and possession of firearm during commission of a felony.
Smith received for Count One: four years deferred sentence, $500 fine, $100 Victim’s Compensation Assessment, and court costs; Count Two: four years deferred sentence, $50 fine, and court costs.
For TR-20-1190: speeding 16-20 miles per hour over. Payment agreement, rules and conditions of DA probation, order to release prisoner.
For TR-20-1191: operating a motor vehicle without valid driver’s license. Payment agreement, rules and conditions of DA probation, order to release prisoner.
For TR-20-1192: no valid security verification form. Payment agreement, rules and conditions of DA probation, order to release prisoner.
Cynthia Renee Bowden is charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol. She received one year deferred sentence, $200 fine, and $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment.
