Plans are being made for the 43nd annual Arts & Crafts Festival to be held Friday, December 4th, and Saturday, December 5th, 2020 at the Atoka County Fair Barn, 1401 West Liberty Road.
Many discussions were held on hosting this event due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was decided to proceed with the show and allow vendors and customers to do what they felt comfortable with.
Masks are recommended and there will be sanitation stations around the building.
Booth spaces are still available for rent at $45 per space. The Atoka Community Chest is sponsoring this event to give area craftsmen an outlet for their handmade items and to also earn money for the group’s various projects such as the Angel Tree, Food Baskets and prescription medication fund.
For many years, the craft show has been filled with crafters with a variety of exceptionally well-made handcrafted gift items. There will be jewelry, wooden furniture and toys, purses, dolls, Christmas ornaments and decorations, wreaths, baked goods, pillows, aprons, plus many more things for sale on Friday, December 4th, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday, December 5th, 10:00 am until 3:00 pm.
