The thin green line family is reaching out for support on behalf of one of their family members who is in a battle for his life.
Lieutenant Todd Smith is an Oklahoma State Game Warden who has been serving the sportsmen of Oklahoma for 32 years. Lieutenant Smith was recently diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and is receiving treatments at this time.
Lieutenant Smith and his wife, Christy reside in Coal County, and have to make repeated trips to Oklahoma City for treatment, imposing additional financial burdens on the family on top of medical bills.
In an effort to help the family, Rob Bailey of Bailey’s Outdoor Shop and Jeb Bailey of Suspect Outfitting and Game Cameras have come together and donated a rifle to be raffled off.
Up for grabs is a Ruger American Predator, bolt action rifle, 6MM Creed-moor, 22” threaded barrel, matte black finish, alloy steel, moss green synthetic stock, 4 rounds. Manufacturer number 16948.
The rifle is located at Bailey’s Outdoor Shop, 100 South Mississippi Avenue in Ada, and can be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer near you, if you’re not local.
The drawing will be held online on November 15th, 2020 at 6:00 PM. All tickets will need to be purchased before that date. Tickets are $10 each or 6 for $50. All proceeds will go directly to Lieutenant Smith and his family.
Tickets can be purchased online at: www.rafflecreator.com/pages/25242/lt-todd-smith-fundraiser-raffle.
