Tuesday, October 27, 2020, Atoka Police Officer Joe Doshier investigated a claim about a man exiting his vehicle at the red-light intersection of South Mississippi Avenue and Thirteenth Street, and began urinating in the roadway.
The reporting party photographed the incident. The report states when the suspect, identified as Zachariah Kerr, 23, of Atoka, saw them take the picture he returned to the vehicle to continue urinating out the window.
Officer Doshier located the vehicle at McDonald’s and made contact with the driver and Kerr.
Kerr stated he was not urinating in the road, but had poured out a drink.
Atoka County Dispatch advised Officer Doshier Kerr had an active warrant through Atoka County. He was placed under arrest for his warrant and indecent exposure.
Kerr was transported to the Atoka County Jail for booking. He is charged with acts resulting in gross injury (misdemeanor).
