She was born on Tuesday, April 14, 1959, to James Alvin and Lilly Irene (Lucas) Roberts, at Chula Vista, California.
Harbour attended John Adams Grade School, in San Diego, California; Junior High School in National City, California; Orange Glen High School in Escondido, California and later attended business classes at Porterville Community College, in Porterville, California.
She married Lenard Stanley Harbour, Jr., on Thursday, April 8, 1982, at Durant. They celebrated 38 years together.
Harbour was a cook in the restaurants for many years.
She was a Christian. Harbour enjoyed fishing, singing, cooking, traveling, playing the guitar when she was younger, and loved spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Lenard Stanley Harbour, Jr. of the home, in Atoka; sons, James Elliott and Joey Harbour, both of Atoka; grandchildren, Jack Elliott and Jacob Elliott, both of Atoka; Halie Harbour of Tishomingo; siblings, Judith Olivieri of Atoka; Randy Roberts of Coleman; Michael Roberts and wife, Denise, of McAlester; Kim Robinson and husband, Corey, of Hot Springs, Arkansas; aunt, Cindy Ratliff and husband, Jerry, of Farris; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
Preceding her in death were her parents, James Alvin Roberts and Lilly Irene (Lucas) Caylor; daughter, Kelsi Harbour; and many aunts and uncles.
