The Atoka County Clerk’s office recently released felony pleas settled in the Atoka County Court.
Foy Lynn Walker is charged with domestic abuse – prior pattern of physical abuse after former conviction of felony.
For CF-20-26: Failure to register as a sex offender.
For CF-20-123: Domestic abuse – prior pattern of physical abuse after former conviction of felony.
Walker received prosecutor recommendation sentence rules and conditions of supervised probation.
Rodney Paul Eldridge is charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CM-20-83). He received two years deferred sentence, $200 fine, $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment, and court costs.
For TR-20-510: failure to wear seat belt, he received a $20 citation.
For CM-20-211: Domestic abuse assault and battery, and disrupt/prevent/interrupt/emergency telephone call.
Eldridge received for Count One: one year suspended sentence, $200 fine, $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment, and court costs; Count Two: one year suspended, $50 fine, and court costs. Both counts will run concurrent with CM-20-83.
Shakodah Lee Williams is charged with burglary in the first degree. He received seven years suspended sentence, court costs, and restitution.
Antonio Levert Mason is charged with bringing contraband into a penal institution, and unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute.
Mason received for Count One: five years suspended sentence except 30 days in Atoka County Jail, $500 fine, and court costs; Count Two: five years suspended sentence except 30 days in Atoka County Jail, $2,000 fine, and court costs.
Jerry Wayne Lambert is charged with battery/assault and battery on police officer, and possession of controlled dangerous substance.
Lambert received for Count One: four years suspended sentence except 30 days in Atoka County Jail, $200 fine, and court costs; and Count Two: one year suspended sentence except 30 days in Atoka County Jail, and court costs.
For CM-20-256: Domestic abuse – assault and battery, Lambert received one year suspended sentence except 30 days in Atoka County Jail, court costs, $100 fine, and $50 Victim’s Compensation Assessment.
