Funeral services for Jeffrey “Ryne” Rector, age 30 years, 3 months and 16 days, a lifelong Atoka resident, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel, in Atoka, with Brother Joey Lansdale officiating.
Interment will be in Green Meadows Cemetery, at Atoka.
Services are under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Service, in Atoka.
Rector passed away on Friday, October 2, 2020, in Oklahoma City.
He was born on June 15, 1990, to Jeffrey Don and Shelley Ann (Moore) Rector, at Denison, Texas.
Rector graduated from Tushka High School, in 2009.
He worked in construction building metal buildings.
Rector was a member of the Stringtown Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding 4-wheelers, camping, loved going to the cabin, and spending time with his daughter.
Survivors include his daughter, Billie Ann Rector of Centerpoint; mother, Shelley Beck and husband, Vince, of Atoka; father, Jeff Rector and wife, Shelly, of Atoka; siblings, Natalie Daniel and husband, Don, of Atoka; Leslee Beck and Brenton Beck, both of Atoka; Lexi Rector, Chaun Duncan and Riley Luck, all of Atoka; grandparents, Lester Moore and wife, Kathy, of Atoka; Carey Rector and wife, Eva, of Farris; Robert Foran and wife, Alice, of Lane; Brent Beck and wife, Sondra, of Moyers; Lawanda Hicks of Tushka; Shirley Fox of Atoka; nieces and nephews, Shooter, Daisy, Jaxson and Rayce; special friend, Kayla Webb of Atoka; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and dear friends.
Preceding him in death were his cousin, JP Farrell; great-grandparents, Margie and L. C. Cozad; Della and Frank Moore; Clark and Jacquline McEntire; Bob and Delene Foran; and grandfather, David Hicks.
Pallbearers are Austin Daniel, Matthew Hatter, Tanner Hatter, Connor Harris, Wes Sartin and Tyler Hatter.
Honorary pallbearers are Fred Lowry, Jim Bob Smith, Jared Truett, Colby McDonald, Seth Webb, Trevor Begley, Jody White and Ed Wages.
Family night was held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Tuesday, October 6, 2020, at Brown’s Funeral Service, in Atoka.
