Wyche passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2020, in Richardson, Texas.
She was born on Tuesday, May 18, 1943, to Charles and Anna (Bush) Sykes, at Trenton, Missouri.
Wyche graduated from a high school in Missouri, attended East Central University and received a master’s degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
She married Jim Wyche, in 1987, in Texas. He preceded her in death.
Wyche was a school teacher at Atoka Public Schools for 10 years and also taught in Alaska for 25 years, where she achieved the Teacher of the Year Award.
She was of the Baptist faith. Wyche enjoyed reading, crocheting, watching CNN and watching the wildlife. She especially loved spending time with her grandbabies, great-grandbabies and children.
Survivors include her children, Christopher Dale Berry and wife, Melanie, of Ada; Anna Marie Harrison and husband, Richard, of Latta; Kathy Susan Wall and husband, Rick, of McAlester; Clifford Eugene Berry and wife, Donna, of Atoka; grandchildren, Christail and Maryann; Victoria and husband, Chris; Zac and wife, Jaisa; Jeff and wife, Amanda; Cody and wife, Dusty; Dustin and wife, Renada; Justin and wife, Courtney; great-grandchildren, Emily, Roxye, Christopher, Chloe, Billy, Shelby, Piper, Everett, Jacob, Toby, Luke, Blake, Annie, Beau, Danni, and one on the way; sisters, Marilyn and Margaret; along with neices, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Charles and Anna (Bush) Sykes; husband, Jim Wyche; brothers, Kenneth Kirk, Clifford Kirk and Robert Kirk; and a granddaughter.
