Kiamichi Tech, Atoka Campus, Shamrock Bank and Mary Hurley Hospital recognized Abby Carroll and Gavin Harrison as the October Kiamichi Tech Students of the Month.
Abby is a Stringtown High School student in the Digital Marketing and Management Program and Gavin is an Atoka High School student in the Health Careers Certification Program.
Abby and Gavin were awarded a $100 check courtesy of Shamrock Bank and the Mary Hurley Hospital.
“Abby is an exemplary student. She is a true leader, strives to do her best, and has a willingness to learn and succeed both inside and outside of the classroom.
“She goes above and beyond to assist in the classroom, and works diligently in DECA and SkillsUSA to succeed and become a better leader and student,” said Kelsie Anderson, Digital Marketing and Management Instructor at Kiamichi Tech.
“Gavin brings fun and enthusiasm to the Health Careers Class. He’s eager to learn, not afraid of challenges, learns from mistakes, holds himself accountable, actively participates, and shares knowledge and skills,” said Gala Braudrick, Health Careers Certification Instructor at Kiamichi Tech.
Kiamichi Tech, Atoka Campus, is honored to recognize these outstanding students as the October Students of the Month.
