Funeral services for Deborah Elizabeth Martin, age 9 months and 2 days, a Tupelo resident, were held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2021, at Brown’s Funeral Service Chapel, in Coalgate, with Pastor Larry Beach officiating.
Interment was in Byrd’s Prairie Cemetery.
Services were under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Service, in Coalgate.
Martin passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2021, in Oklahoma City.
She was born on July 2, 2020, to Kyle and Rachel Ann (Patterson) Martin, at Oklahoma City.
Martin attended church with her family at the Gospel Lighthouse Church, in Centrahoma. She enjoyed playing and spending time with her Bubba and Sissy.
Survivors include her parents, Kyle Brent and Rachel Ann (Patterson) Martin of Tupelo; brothers, Bryer Martin of Tupelo and Devin Walbridge of Oilton; sister, Toni Martin of Tupelo; paternal grandmother, Dottie Morman of Olney; maternal grandparents, Donna Watson and Jason, of Tupelo; Keith Patterson and Tina, of Bristow; aunts, Tasha Cate and Clayton of Stonewall; Traci Watson and fiance, Kent Kerr, of Stonewall; uncles, Tom Patterson and Amber, of Hugo; Eric Patterson of Oklahoma City; cousins, Karli Lawrence of Stonewall; Grayson, Sawyer and Brantlee Cate, all of Stonewall; maternal great-grandparents, Pepaw and Memaw Baumert of Phillip; Jimmy and Violet Lick of Olney; Mawmaw Ann Patterson of Arkansas City, Kansas; along with numerous family and friends.
Preceding her in death were her grandpa, Tony Watson; great-grandmother, Bernice Morman; great-grandpa, Vaughn Patterson; great-grandparents, Ralston and Wynoma Collier; great-great-grandmother, Estelle Cummins.
Pallbearers were Bo Finch, Tyler Wilkerson, Bryer Martin, Jason Bogle and Jason Watson.
Honorary pallbearers were Kent Kerr, Clayton Cate, Tom Patterson and Phillip Conditt.
Family night was held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at Brown’s Funeral Service, in Coalgate.
