A Celebration of Life for Denny Wayne Perry, age 58, an Oklahoma City resident, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 16, 2021, at the Wapanucka First Baptist Church, in Wapanucka, with Deacon Darwin Hall officiating.
Services are under the direction of Brown’s Funeral Service, in Atoka.
Perry passed away on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at St. Anthony’s Hospital.
He was born on December 3, 1962, to Thomas Morgan Perry, Sr. and Beverly Ann (Hardwick) Perry, in Kansas City, Missouri.
Perry graduated from Wapanucka High School, in 1981.
In the mid-1980s, he moved to the Oklahoma City Metro area where he became a well-known machinist.
Perry was a loving father and enjoyed coaching his boys and daughter in sports. His children brought him much joy and happiness. He was also a Mason.
Survivors include his father, Thomas Perry, Sr. of Wapanucka; his children, Richard Perry and wife, Candace, of Tulsa; Bradley Perry and wife, Danae, of Oakland, California; Bridget Perry of Pauls Valley; his sister, Cathy Perry of Wapanucka; niece and nephew’s, Jennifer Perry (Chance), Trey Perry and wife, Jessica; great nephew, Tayson; and other relatives and friends.
Preceding him in death were his mother, Beverly Ann (Hardwick) Perry; brother, Tom Perry and cousin, Billy Perry.
