Get ready to get creative and maybe a little wet. The Dam Store is hosting its 'Redneck Regatta' at McGee Creek State Park on Saturday, September 20, 2025. The event features boat races where all vessels must be made entirely of cardboard and duct tape.
There is no entry fee for participants, and the first 25 teams to register will receive a free T-shirt.
Event Schedule and Rules The regatta kicks off with check-in at 9:00 AM, followed by boat judging at 9:30 AM. Races will begin at 10:00 AM, starting with the youngest age group.
