Choctaw Nation Hospital Earns Five-Star Patient Survey Rating

Choctaw Nation Health Services Authority’s (CNHSA) hospital, Choctaw Nation Health Care Center, located in Talihina, Okla. received a Five-Star rating in the latest patient survey data according to the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS). Collected between October 2023 and September 2024, the data is based on patient survey questions. Choctaw Nation earned an overall patient survey five-star rating from patient surveys.

The hospital is one of 12 in the state of Oklahoma with the designation and one of 529 in the United States. The full data from the survey is available through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) website.

“Earning a Five-Star patient survey rating reflects what we see every day,” said Todd Hallmark, executive officer of health services for Choctaw Nation. “Our staff, nurses especially, take great pride in providing excellent care to our patients.”
