Hello Atoka! Well, fall is right around the corner, and one can feel the change in the air. Last week began what I call the start of the 2025 football season. Renee' and I were fortunate enough to run into one of my former 'Cubs” and was informed that they were having a football game that Saturday with us eagerly replying that we would be there and was glad to know that he had a young son playing ball and was also helping coach the team.
We got to the football field and made our way to the fiftyyard line with excellent seats in the bleachers that gave us a commanding view of the field, players, coaches, and all the goings on. It was great to see some of the young dads, who used to be 'Cubs,' on the field directing the young players in strategy, playmaking, and the need for physical conditioning.
