'We return a lot of girls (from last year's state tournament run) that have played in big games. Their confidence and experience will be a big benefit to us. We have been playing well. The girls are fired up and focused. We are just continuing to focus on going hard and doing things right,' Caney Head Coach Jackie Dollarhide said.
The winner of Caney-Stuart will face the winner of #1 Leedey (34-7) and #8 Roff (30-12) in the semi-final round on Friday, Oct. 10 at 9:30 a.m. The Class B state championship game is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 11 at 5 p.m. All state tournament games will be conducted at Devon Park.
