The community of Atoka will gather this weekend for the Fifth Annual Captain Jeff Sewell Memorial 5K and Fun Run, an event honoring the life and legacy of a dedicated public servant.
The race is scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 2025, and will take place on Greathouse Drive in Atoka. The event is held in memory of Captain Jeffery Wade Sewell, a long-serving Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) veteran and friend of the community.
