A domestic disturbance escalated rapidly on October 21, 2025, involving weapons, property destruction, and a struggle with police, resulting in the arrest of a female resident.
At approximately 3:48 P.M., Officers Cort Humphrey and Cheyenne Gilbert, of the Atoka Police Department, were dispatched to the area of South Dunbar Avenue and 10th Street regarding an ongoing domestic dispute involving a knife and pepper spray.
Upon arrival, officers found Donna Alexander standing in front of a residence screaming at a female victim. Despite officers' immediate commands to stop screaming, Alexander continued to be irate.
