A Sunday break-in at the Farris Volunteer Fire Department has the agency asking the community to help locate their stolen equipment.

According to an announcement made on Sunday evening, November 2nd, the department arrived at their station to find several essential items missing, including chainsaws, the tips to their new Jaws of Life equipment, DeWalt battery packs and chargers, a new portable wheel saw (used for cutting metal and roofs), and a gas tank designated for their apparatus pump, among other items.
