Atoka County Retired Educators met Thursday November 6, 2025, at Truly Favorite Bakery located at 186 S. Ohio in Atoka, Oklahoma. Present were Ann Richardson, Kathy Anderson, Malinda Durbin, Loretta Cook, Brenda Calahan, and Linda Humphrey.
Nurses from the Choctaw Nation Health Clinic in Atoka were present to give flu shots and lunch was enjoyed before the business meeting.
President Linda Humphrey welcomed ev- eryone and led the flag salute. Minutes were read and approved Discussion of the location to meet for the Christmas meeting on December 4, 2025; We usually meet at the Kiamichi Technology Center, and everyone brings a dish. However, the consensus was that we could meet at the Truly Favorite Bakery and let them do the cooking.
