Hello Atoka! We just acknowledged Veteran's Day and paid homage to those who have served and continue to serve our great nation.

There have been parades, many speeches, and soldiers sharing stories of friends, comrades, and family who have served. Some made it back home to their communities and there are those who did not, which causes one to think about why this happened.

Sometimes the ones who experience such a tragedy cannot come to terms with the experience and silently die inside from the 'guilt” of having survived when a friend was taken and this is indeed a tragedy because the surviving is truly a great gift and blessing which should be revered by not only the friends and family of the individual but by the individual themselves.
