The world of sand drag racing is built on speed, precision, and dedication. At Atoka Motorsports Park, women racers like Jessica Powell and Laura Feuerhelm Hall are setting the pace, turning their dedication into championship titles and showing the next generation what it takes to succeed.

Laura Feuerhelm Hall: Decades of Dedication

For Laura Feuerhelm Hall, racing isn't just a hobby, it's a lifelong passion. She has been competing on the sand since she was six years old and races a dragster she shares with her father. Hall's year was challenging, as she and her crew spent many nights attempting to tune her Suzuki turbo charged GS1100 dragster. She credits her father's dedication for their late-season success, noting, 'With a lot of frustrating days, and my dad’s dedication, it finally came together in November.'
