Each year local Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4859 and American Legion Post 48, sponsor participating county schools in an annual national scholarship competition.
This year we recognize Mrs. Tresa Walker and her 6th through 8th Grade Harmony Public School’s English Language Arts classes.
Mrs. Walker consistently provided her students the supervision and motivation necessary to successfully participate in this prestigious program.
