The holiday spirit was in great supply at the Atoka County Library on Friday, December 5th, as a remarkable turnout celebrated Storytime with Cookies and Cocoa and Meet & Greet with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
The back-to-back events, which were free to the public, saw an overwhelming response from the community. The come and go event hosted over 94 participants this year.
The festive day began with Storytime with Cookies and Cocoa. Library Branch Manager Melissa Walker led the reading, sharing three fun holiday books with the children: Froggy's Best Christmas, Dinosaur Christmas, and Pete the Cat Saves Christmas. Guests also enjoyed complimentary holiday-themed refreshments.
