Join Atoka County Library at 6:30 PM on Thursday, December 18th for an educational and practical self-protection class for women and girls ages 13 and up.
Led by Jenn Gray, Certified Gracie Jiu Jitsu Instructor, will teach attendees how recognize the signs of an aggressor, how to lower their risk of being attacked, and how to defend themselves. This class is perfect for all athletic abilities. Reservation is encouraged.
“This program is perfect for teens and adults who have an interest in learning self-protection,” said Branch Manager Melissa Walker. “We want to provide our community with resources that they can use in emergency situations.”
