Destress and unwind at the Atoka County Library with our weekly Yoga classes. Join us every Wednesday at 10:00 am starting January 7th, for a rejuvenating program led by yoga instructor Marianne Townsend. This class is open to adults 18 and up. Early reservations are recommended to secure a spot.
“Yoga offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your overall well-being and flexibility,” said Library Branch Manager Melissa Walker. “This is a great way for library patrons to take part in a program that improves their health and helps keep them active.”
Atoka County Library is offering this program as part of a health literacy grant from the Oklahoma Department of Libraries (ODL). The program is funded in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
