A Texas man was arrested in the early morning hours of Saturday, December 20, 2025, after a series of traffic violations led Atoka Police to discover evidence of impaired driving.
At approximately 1:15 AM, Atoka Police Officer Cort Humphrey observed a black Toyota Tundra make an improper turn without signaling at the intersection of US-Highway 69 and West 1st Street.
After the officer activated his emergency lights, the vehicle turned into a parking lot on South Mississippi Avenue and traveled behind a building before coming to a stop.
