At approximately 2:13 AM, Atoka Police Officers Humphrey and Shomo observed a red Chevrolet Trailblazer traveling northbound on US-Highway 69 with inoperable license plate and brake lights. During the stop at the Atoka Fuel Stop, officers identified the driver as Larisa Carpenter.
