Lane School is back from their holiday and having a 5th & 6th and 7th & 8th home game today, January 6th, with Caney. The first game begins at 4:00 p.m.
The next game is scheduled for January 19th. This is a home game against Antlers and begins at 4:30 p.m.
In a conversation about the number of teachers in Oklahoma currently teaching with no teaching certifications. The question got around to whether Lane School teachers were all certified, so I looked it up. There are 19 full-time teachers at Lane School and 100% of them are certified. The doors are open at 9:00 a.m. each Friday and they eat at noon… then, they are open until everyone goes home. There is no charge for the meal, there is just a donation jar. If you cannot pay, the meal is FREE.
