At approximately 2:00 a.m., Officer Cheyenne Gilbert observed a silver Mitsubishi with a cracked windshield traveling east. After turning to follow the vehicle, Officer Gilbert noted the driver continued for two blocks with a turn signal activated without making a turn. Upon initiating a stop in a nearby driveway, a male passenger, briefly attempted to flee the vehicle before being ordered by police to remain at the scene.
