At the last council meeting it was decided that our Spring Cleanup Week will be April 20- 24, so make sure you have your items out by the curb away from your poly cart by Sunday evening, April 19th. Also, ensure brush is separated from other items. A list of unacceptable items can be found on both our Facebook and City of Atoka Websites.
On April 8th, I will be attending the monthly Oklahoma Municipal League’s board of directors meeting in Oklahoma City.
On April 14th, USDA representatives will be here to officially award us the two grants we received to help purchase two new police vehicles and two new city pickups. These grants paid almost half of the normal costs to purchase these vehicles. We are so thankful for them and their grant programs.
