The April points race at Atoka Motorsports Park delivered a historic milestone last weekend, as local racer Cody Ford shattered a national record while division leaders fought to maintain their standings.

Among the standout performances was current points leader Jimmie Fletcher, who strengthened his position at the top of the leaderboard by piloting the 'Junkyard Dog' to a first-place victory in the Pro 1 Car Money race.

While the action on the 300-foot sand strip remained high-intensity with a mix of newcomers and longtime supporters, the weekend also focused on family. Between races on Saturday, Peewee racers and their siblings scrambled for a chance to nab the most Easter eggs before the engines roared back to life for the Pro 1 car eliminations.
