Hamilton Earns 2026 Atoka Trail Riders Scholarship

The Atoka Trail Riders (ATR) have named Tushka High School senior MaKenzie Hamilton as the recipient of the 2026 ATR Senior Scholarship, honoring a decade of service and growth within the organization.

The daughter of Shane and Connie Hamilton, MaKenzie has maintained a 4.1 GPA while remaining deeply involved in the community through the National Honor Society, Tushka FCCLA, the Upward Bound Program, and her church.

For the scholarship committee, the decision was rooted in MaKenzie’s long history at the ATR arena. Since 2016, she has been a constant presence at ATR activities, transi- tioning from a young child watching her mother volunteer to becoming a 'Top Hand Volunteer' herself.
