The Atoka County EMS is inviting the public to kick off National EMS Week with a community celebration on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
The department will host a fish fry and cookout starting at 5:00 p.m. at the Atoka Community Center, located at 983 W Liberty Rd. The event serves as an early start to EMS Week, which officially runs from May 17 through May 23.
Local residents are encouraged to attend, enjoy a meal, and take the opportunity to meet the first responders who serve the Atoka County area.
