Softball Players Named to All-State Teams

Four Atoka County athletes have earned the opportunity to represent their schools on one of Oklahoma’s biggest stages after being selected to the Oklahoma Slow Pitch Coaches Association All-State Games set for June 13 at Oklahoma Christian University in Bethany.

Oklahoma Slow Pitch Coaches Association honored two players each from Tushka High School and Caney High School following standout seasons that ended with both programs reaching the state tournament.

Tushka seniors Callie Boren and Kylee Webb were selected to play for Team East in the Middle All-State Game at 1 p.m. Boren was chosen at third base, while Webb earned her spot as a catcher.
