Jimmy Vinson to Receive Lifetime Achievement Award

Next month, the community will celebrate a lifetime of extraordinary resilience, athletic excellence, and public service as an Atoka native is recognized.

In July, Jimmy Vinson will travel to Oklahoma City to officially receive the Gladiator Advocate Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing his contributions as a trailblazing athlete, a decorated Vietnam War veteran, a dedicated fire service leader, and a beloved local business owner.
