The Atoka County Library is excited to announce a special event to kick off the July 4th weekend. On Friday, July 3rd at 1:00 PM, children ages 6 to 11 are invited to participate in a fun and festive Patriotic Parfait Class at the library.
This hands-on class will give kids the opportunity to create delicious, red, white, and blue parfaits while learning about healthy snacks and celebrating the holiday spirit. All supplies will be provided, and children will be guided through each step of the recipe. Spaces are limited, so advanced sign-up is encouraged.
“We’re thrilled to offer this creative and tasty event for our young patrons,” said Library Branch Manager Melissa Walker. “It’s a wonderful way for kids to celebrate Independence Day and learn new skills in a fun, safe environment.”
